Join us for Playgroup which offers the opportunity to form connections with other families who are also in the unique situation that we find ourselves in - caring for multiple birth children. As well as the hosts, everyone who attends is amazing at providing support to fellow parents; we have many funny, serious and repetitive discussions about life, children, relationships, poo, fights, bonds, prams, bottles, schools- you name it, we talk about it! New and expectant families are more than welcome to join us! It can be so valuable to meet others in a similar situation early in your journey for support and friendship. Attending playgroup can provide you with the foundations for lifelong friendships.  Time: 9.30-11.30am When: Fortnightly on Wednesday mornings (Please check dates here or on facebook) Location: Swanston Street Childrens Centre. 80 Swanston Street, New Town. Parking available on street. Please use the back door if the front doors are closed, you'll quickly find smiling faces to greet you! Cost: FREE We look forward to seeing you there!

As the weather cools we will head indoors, alternating locations between St Luke's and Tailrace.   Thursday 9.30-11am (Fortnightly) St Luke's on the 1st Thursday of the month  Tailrace on the 3rd Thursday of the month St Luke's Wellness Hub has a wonderful cafe where we can grab a coffee and take a seat to enjoy a chat, next to the cafe is an indoor playground so the kids can have fun and burn some energy!   Tailrace Centre has a space called Kids Paradise which has exciting slides and ball pits to interactive rooms and more, a wonderland for kids of all ages. TasMBA covers the cost of multiples (twins or triplets) attending, siblings under 1yo and parents but request self payment for additional siblings.   Updates shared via TasMBA Northern Playgroup chat and socials!

Mini-Multiples Olympics   CELEBRATE AND SHARE YOUR CULTURE, HERITAGE AND IDENTITY THROUGH PLAY! Choose your country, decorate your bib and participate in games and activities.   Free event for all ages, there will be a comfy baby zone, craft station, indoor and outdoor games, fruit platters and goodie bags for participants.   REGISTER BY THURS 22nd OCTOBER FOR ENTRY TO THE LUCKY DOOR PRIZE RAFFLE!   When: Saturday 24th October 2pm-4pm Where: Moonah Community Centre, 7 Gormanston Rd.
