With thanks to a grant from Cripps Tasmania, we are able to host a parent/carer first aid course for families in our wonderful community. First aid saves lives and we are proud to offer this important education to help you feel confident in those moments of medical need!
Our trainer, Sharon from Baby + Child First Aid, will run us through a 2-hour Community Class covering; CPR, choking, burns, fever, vomiting & dehydration, respiratory illness and head injury.
As well as the 2 hour session, you'll also take home a small first aid kit, perfect for the car or home. We will also provide light refreshments and a cuppa.
Places are limited and this is an adult only event (please let us know if you are needing to bring young, not yet walking children as this can be accomodated).
Saturday 20th September 10am-12pm at Kingston Library.
